Yoga 101 (1 hr) Beginner +

This is an introductory class designed for students who are new to Yoga. Learn the basic moves and the foundation to building a Yoga practice. With clear, detailed instruction, and demonstration you will learn to breathe deeply, release tension connect to your core. The instructor will teach you how to modify the most commonly practice poses for your ability or body type, in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.

This class will finish with Far Infrared Therapy in Savasana for our clients to experience the amazing benefits.

Yin Yoga (1 hr) All Levels

In this class, we will move slowly through poses to release tension in the muscles and joints and prepare the body for relaxation. You will then be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra translates to “yogic sleep”. Through systematic relaxation, the body can rejuvenate and the mind be more still , allowing the brain to enter a receptive state. In this state, we are able to access a depth of healing my replenishing your body physiology, and relax your mind and emotions or any limiting beliefs to create positive change.

This class will finish with Far Infrared Therapy in Savasana for our clients to experience the amazing benefits. 

Flo Thru Lunch Express (50 min) All Levels

Take time during your lunch hour to move your body and breathe.

This Flow Yoga class will involve fluid movement and explore a flow of postures that will invigorate your body, refresh your mind and nourish your spirit. And of course, the class will have the added bonus of helping you build strength, increase flexibility and create space for the breath.

This class will finish with Far Infrared Therapy in Savasana for our clients to experience the amazing benefits.

Infrared Hot Yoga Classes*

Warm Core Express (50 mins) All Levels

This class has Far Infrared Heat throughout the entire class for our clients to experience the amazing benefits. This class links a powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements. It is a flow that has many different levels, allowing beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The poses in this class focus on strengthening the core which includes way more than just the abs. The major muscles included are the pelvic floor muscles, ab muscles, mid to lower back muscles, the diaphragm and the glutes. This flow will strengthen your core and relax your mind.

HOT Flo & Restore (1 hr) Intermediate +

This class has Far Infrared Heat throughout the entire class for our clients to experience the amazing benefits. This practice is a perfect balance starting with a steady Yang practice using your Yang tissues such as skin & muscles, matching movement and breath. Your teacher will create a fluid unique sequence with a primary focus on generating internal heat through breath, sun salutations, balance, and strength. Once you are warm, muscles primed, you will transition into a sweet surrender of YIN Restorative yoga postures applying the bodies connective tissues, such as joints, ligaments & tendons, to allow your mind and body to unwind.

HOT Power Flo (1 hr) Intermediate +

Flow through poses and sequences linked to breath in a vigorous, athletic approach to yoga. Power Flo Yoga is a physically challenging class that is taught at a swift paced and moves you fluidly from one posture to the next with your breath. These classes will have you sweating through a variety of postures including standing, balancing, back bending, inversions, arm balances, core and hip postures to promote strength, flexibility, concentration – this class using dynamic & safe transfers in the heat.

Yoga Series**

Restorative Yoga (75min) All Levels

This is a gentle, slow, still style of Yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Each student is supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

Chair Yoga (45min) All Levels

This amazing class is great for a variety of people. Perfect for seniors, expectant mothers and those with any mobility issues. 

**Our Yoga Series classes typically run for 4-weeks and registration is required. A limited number of spaces are available.
