Davin Martinson, BSc, DC
A graduate of Augustana University College (Camrose, AB), and Parker College of Chiropractic (Dallas, TX), Davin has chosen to settle in his native home of Camrose. He is passionate about helping people achieve the best in their heath, reflected in his fastidious care and attention to every patient. He holds a full body certification in Active Release Techniques©, advanced training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Functional Range Release and is currently studying how biomechanics fits into the increasing understanding of pain science.
When he isn’t in the office, Davin is doing his best to exemplify a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with his family, maintaining an active outdoor lifestyle, and furthering his education in many areas. His hobbies include traveling and photography, hiking/backpacking, volleyball, soccer, and golf.
Amanda Schmidt, BFA, DC
A graduate of the University of Alberta and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Toronto, ON), Dr. Amanda has brought a diverse knowledge base to the clinic for the last 5 years. As a life-long athlete herself, her approach is to restore maximum function to all of her patients and promote a healthy lifestyle using the most current methods. She also has additional training in SFMA, DNS, and concussion protocols.
Away from the clinic, you will likely find Dr. Amanda in a hockey arena, tending the net. Her other hobbies include supporting and participating in the arts, mountain biking, exploring the mountains, and coming up with new recipes for the barbecue.
She sees patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Registered Massage Therapist Kim Nordin is an experienced therapist who can provide fully licensed therapeutic or relaxation massages for 1.5 hours, 1 hour or half-hour appointments. Rates are $110/1.5 hours, $75/hour and $40/half-hour.
