We are excited to announce two amazing avenues for Yoga training: 

Infrared HOT Yoga and warm YIN are back with Bridgette Ponto on Monday nights at 6:30 & 8:00. Drop-ins are $20+GST and Studio Pass holders get 10 sessions for an incentive price of $15.

Beginning February 24, 6-week workshops will be offered by Kylie Hnatiuk Thursday evenings at 5:45. We require minimum sign-ups to run these workshops, but will also honour drop-in and Studio Passes towards the workshops.

Bridgette Ponto

Mondays @ 6:30 pm

HOT Power Flo (1 hr) Intermediate +

Flow through poses and sequences linked to breath in a vigorous, athletic approach to yoga. Power Flo Yoga is a physically challenging class that is taught at a swift paced and moves you fluidly from one posture to the next with your breath. These classes will have you sweating through a variety of postures including standing, balancing, back bending, inversions, arm balances, core and hip postures to promote strength, flexibility, concentration – this class using dynamic & safe transfers in the heat.

*please bring a towel with you to these classes

Mondays @ 8:00 pm

Warm Yin Yoga (1 hr) All Levels +

In this class, we will move slowly through poses to release tension in the muscles and joints and prepare the body for relaxation. You will then be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra translates to “yogic sleep”. Through systematic relaxation, the body can rejuvenate and the mind be more still , allowing the brain to enter a receptive state. In this state, we are able to access a depth of healing my replenishing your body physiology, and relax your mind and emotions or any limiting beliefs to create positive change.

This class will finish with Far Infrared Therapy in Savasana for our clients to experience the amazing benefits.

Hatha Yoga Workshop

This 6 week workshop goes through foundations of Hatha Yoga, leaving each student feeling confident in their practice whether it be public or private. Hatha Yoga in a workshop atmosphere allows for more exploration of each pose, breaking it down for everyone within their anatomical range. This is open to anyone who is new to Yoga completely, or looking to deepen their practice further.

Yin Yoga Workshop

This 6 week workshop is designed to help relax and rejuvenate the body. Working primarily within flexibility, students will also get the opportunity to learn new mindfulness techniques.
