A traditional barre class following the structure of warm up, barre work, cardio weights, abdominals and stretch. It is a high-energy hybrid training style that is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and pilates. This class is a great option for barre beginners and incorporates low-impact strength and high intensity exercises using small weights to get the muscles to the point of fatigue-helping improve muscular endurance, balance, stabilization and flexibility. Mat work is also included. It is a class to tone muscle, and get a great cardio workout.
Barre Essentials takes a slightly slower pace than our Barre 360 class and spends more time breaking down each set of exercises to build confidence in barre fundamentals. You will leave energized and refreshed. Get stronger, longer and leaner.
