Warm Yin Yoga
This class is 1 hr long. All Levels Welcome.
In this class, we will move slowly through poses to release tension in the muscles and joints and prepare the body for relaxation. You will then be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra translates to “yogic sleep”. Through systematic relaxation, the body can rejuvenate and the mind be more still , allowing the brain to enter a receptive state. In this state, we are able to access a depth of healing my replenishing your body physiology, and relax your mind and emotions or any limiting beliefs to create positive change.
This class will finish with Far Infrared Therapy in Savasana for our clients to experience the amazing benefits. (i.e.current research points to the extreme benefits of Far-Infrared Therapy in: muscle repair, heart health; cancer reduction and healing; improvement of arthritis; pain reduction; sleep issues; skin disturbances; cellular reproduction; sleep issues and more.)
Please note that it is encouraged to lie still for the duration of the Nidra practice. Please feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, and socks to allow for maximum comfort.
