Roxanne is a young personal trainer with a passion for helping her clients change their lives for the better. With her, you’ll get a friendly, knowledgeable and fun fitness professional. She believes in using scientific rationales along with mental training strategies to help you reach your goals.  Whatever your reason for seeking out her services, Roxanne is ready to help you by raising your standards for what a personal trainer should be.  

Roxanne recently graduated from NAIT’s School of Health Sciences with her 2 year accreditation in Personal Fitness Training. Roxanne is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and will soon hold accreditation as a Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer.

Before graduating from NAIT’s Personal Fitness Trainer program, Roxanne was a primary care paramedic and firefighter in rural Alberta for close to seven years. She translated her medical experience into studying the performance of the human body, always with plenty of research and never-ending learning.

Roxanne has a passion for fitness, including her life long love of mountain climbing, kayaking, and hiking. She is also a published author and has a passion for learning more about the connection between body and mind.
