Pilates Mat Classes

Classical Mat Pilates class follows the original Pilates method designed by Joseph Pilates. Focusing on strength, control, precision, and breath. This full-body workout is performed on a mat using your own body weight and small props to help build deep core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Each class moves through a structured sequence of exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles while supporting joint health and body awareness to help you move more efficiently in your everyday life. You’ll be guided with clear instruction and options to suit different experience levels, making this class suitable for both beginners and those with previous Pilates experience.

Expect a focused, low-impact session that leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned, and refreshed.
