Morning Mashup is our new drop-in strength class held at Martinson Health + Athletics. This class includes elements of strength, mobility, cardiovascular work and HIIT.

When: Tuesday + Thursdays 6:30 AM (60 mins class)
Cost : $20 drop in *you can redeem your Studio Pass for these classes if you prefer
This is your lunch-break all-round fitness class for strength and cardio. It’s a great group, come join the fun!

Seniors / Beginners / Casual Options
Interested in injury or fall prevention? This class is designed to help you maintain or improve your mobility, balance & flexibility.
Instructor: Chellsey Stad
When: Tuesdays + Thursdays 1:00 PM (40 min class)
Cost : $20 drop-or redeem 10-class pass for $15/per session
Join Chellsey for a workout while your kids are in dance! Parents with toddlers are welcome.
You can sign up for 30 or 60 minutes on Saturdays between 9am-11am.
60 minutes: compatible with the 10-class pass ($15) or $20 per drop-in
30 minutes: $12
