With a Bachelor of Science in General Biology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, my professional journey has uniquely blended the worlds of science, mental health, and agriculture. Over the past 15 years, I have worked extensively in the agricultural sector while simultaneously building a counselling practice focused on supporting adults through a wide range of life challenges, including stress, parenting, anxiety, grief, PTSD, and addictions. I value the connection between mind and body and I approach my work through an eclectic theoretical framework, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor each session to the individual’s specific needs and goals, supporting a personal and meaningful mental health journey.
Outside of my professional roles, I am also a working farmer and a proud parent of three busy kids, deeply rooted in our vibrant and supportive community. Balancing the demands of farm life and family has provided me with a grounded perspective and a deep appreciation for resilience and connection—qualities that deeply inform my work with clients. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s complexities.
